Elite Conservatives Ministers have spent more than a third of billion dollars on office expenses -- Here are the top ten big spenders

In the past six years Conservative Ministers have spent $354 million of taxpayers’ money on their own offices. Money for spin doctors, drivers, office furnishings and bonuses.

The budgets of Ministers’ offices have been tracked in the Public Accounts of Canada since fiscal 2007-08, showing taxpayers which ministers have been the worst fiscal managers and shown the least restraint on their own spending in Stephen Harper's cabinet.

And these amounts do not include “civilian termination benefits and statutory expenditures such as the Minister’s salary and motor vehicle allowance” (Public Accounts of Canada).

While Stephen Harper and his elite Ministers rack up hundreds of millions in expenses, they cut services and ask Canadians to pay more fees.

Canadians deserve better.
